La Corona Boutique Hotel and Restaurant by the River is set in an historic and beautifully renovated 18th century building overlooking the beautiful River Lima in Bagni di Lucca.

Our Restaurant, Bar and Hotel have recently been remodeled under new ownership creating an elegant mix of classic Italian and Contemporary style.
The restaurant serves modern italian and regional cuisine and we believe the food taste better when you know where it comes from.
We are committed to seeking out, supporting and building close relationships with small specialist growers and producers of the finest quality ingredients.

We are pleased to announce the hiring of Matteo Pieretti as the Head Chef for La Corona’s Restaurant.
​
Matteo will serve cuisine that draws inspiration from the farmers and artisan producers in the region.
We are honoured to have him in Bagni di Lucca as part of the La Corona family and are happy to have him part of the team since June 2020 when the new restaurant opened.

We want all our guests to feel among friends and above all have fun and a quick visit to see our Kitchen and Staff at work is always welcomed by our Chef.
